Activity Report
Overview
The Procedure Activity Report provides a comprehensive view of all procedure-related activities within the system. It allows you to see what actions were performed, when they occurred, and which user completed them, helping you track overall progress, maintain visibility, and support auditing requirements.
This report is particularly useful for:
- Monitoring workflow progress
- Tracking user actions and accountability
- Reviewing status or tag changes
- Auditing report updates and downloads
How to Access the Report
The Procedure Activity Report can be accessed in two ways:
Option 1: Top Menu
- Navigate to the Top Menu
- Select Procedure Activity Report
Option 2: BeatBox Settings Menu
Go to Settings Menu
- Select Procedure Activity Report
Running the Report
You can filter the report using the following criteria:
- Location – Select the relevant Organisation, Facility, or Lab.
- Date Range – Choose your required timeframe (defaults to one month).
- Procedure Type – Filter by the specific type of procedure.
- Activity Type – Narrow results by the type of activity performed.
- User – View actions performed by a specific user.
This allows you to generate highly targeted reports based on your needs.
Step 1: Select Filter Criteria
Choose your desired filters (e.g., Lab Name, Date Range, Procedure Type, Activity Type, User) based on the example provided below.
Step 2: Clear Filters (Optional)
If you need to reset your selections:
- Click Clear Filter
This will remove all selected criteria and allow you to start again.
Step 3: Run the Report
- Click View to generate the report.
Step 4: Review the Activity Report
After clicking View, you will be redirected to the Activity Report page, where:
- All selected filter criteria will be displayed as columns.
- Matching results will be listed below.
- By default, the report lists entries starting with the most recent action.
- You can also sort the report by System ID or Date as needed.
The report captures activities such as:
- Status changes
- Tag updates
- Patient information updates
- Support document updates
- Report updates
- Report downloads
- Other procedure-related actions
Step 5: Edit the Report
If you need to modify your filter selections:
- Click the Edit Report button.
- Adjust your criteria as needed.
- Click View again to refresh the results.
Step 6: Export the Report
To download the report:
- Click the Export button.
- The report will be generated as a .csv file, which can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet software for further analysis.
