Requesting a Full Disclosure Report for Holter Studies

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for users with appropriate permissions to generate a Full Disclosure Report for an Analysed or Finalised Holter Study on BeatBox.

Follow the steps below to request and receive the Full Disclosure Report.

 

Steps to Generate a Full Disclosure Report

1. Locate the Desired Holter Study

In the Worklist, locate the Holter study you need:

  • Search by patient details (on the worklist) in the search field:

  • Or use the search function in the top-left corner of the screen:

2. Navigate to the Report View Page

After locating the study, follow these steps:

  • For an Analysed Holter Study, click on Report.
  • For a Finalised Holter Study, click on Review.

 

3. Request the Full Disclosure Report

  • In the Report View page, locate and click the Ellipsis (···) icon to open the options menu.
  • From the menu, select Request Full Disclosure Report.

4. Confirm the Report Request 

A confirmation dialog box will appear with the following message:

Click OK to confirm and proceed with the request.

 

5. Acknowledge the Confirmation 

After confirming, a second dialog box will appear with the following message:

Click OK to close the dialog box.

 

6. Wait for the Report to be Processed

The Full Disclosure Report will begin processing after you confirm the request.

Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for the report to complete processing.

Once the full disclosure report is ready, it will be available in the Report View for your review.

7. Updating Patient Details after a Full Disclosure Report is generated. 

If you need to update patient details after a Full Disclosure Report has been generated, these changes must also be reflected in the full disclosure report. 

  • After the patient details are successfully updated, navigate to each Channel in the report.

  • For each channel, select Update PDF for Channel to regenerate the report with the updated patient details.

Important Notes:

  • Permissions Required: Only users with the appropriate permissions can request a Full Disclosure Report. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your account manager to have this feature set up.
  • Processing Time: The report may take up to 15 minutes to be available. Processing times may vary based on the size of the report.
