This guide is applicable to ABP procedures that have been already reported (Status: Finalised) on BeatBox.

Important Note: This user Guide applies to editing the following patient demographics only (First Name, Last Name and Patient ID) for DOB and Gender related changes please follow the standard procedures (contact CardioScan Helpdesk Team).

1. Log in to BeatBox - https://www.beatbox.cloud/

2. Locate the desired patient/procedure via the Search Box on the top right.

3. Click the ellipsis icon (three dots in the Actions Column) then select Details to open the expanded patient details pop-up.

 4. Click Edit on the patient details pop-up.

5. Edit patient details as required and click Save.

6. On clicking Save, the following message will pop up.

(Note: the request to update patient details will take a few minutes to complete).

7. The patient details will be updated on the ABP procedure report.
