ECG reporting

You can now view and report ECG procedures in BeatBox (Beta / restricted access). While reporting, you can also click the Analyse button to quickly and easily access the patient's clinical data via the AirStrip application.

When you next log in to BeatBox this filter will no longer be automatically applied to your Worklist.

A message now displays when you try to upload a myPatch CDM file from the patient's Holter device that is under a specific size (as the file is likely to be incomplete or corrupt). You can continue with the upload or try uploading another file.

A new Ethnicity dropdown can now be added to the enrolment screen, enabling patients to identify their ethnicity category (if required). Admin users with the relevant permissions can choose to display this field when they create a new facility.

Enrol patient on Holter device

Part of the enrolment process occurs outside BeatBox (via external myPatch software). Therefore, when this stage is complete the procedure's status is automatically updated to ‘Enrolled on device’ in BeatBox, regardless of whether the enrolment was successful in myPatch or not.

However, if there was an error during the myPatch enrolment process you can now select the Enrol on device option in your Worklist and try again.

Depending on your own access levels, when you add or edit a Referring Physician or Ordering Clinician at enrolment, you can now choose the facilities from which the Referring Physician/Ordering Clinician can be accessed (i.e. be available for other users to view or select).

Patients associated at facility level

Patients are now associated with the facility level rather than the lab level. When you search for a patient at enrolment, your search will include the entire facility to which the lab belongs.

Easy switch between data views in Worklist

You can now switch between specific views in your Worklist:

• The Age and DOB columns have merged into the Age/Date of birth column. Click the top of the column to switch between viewing the patient's age or their date of birth.

 

• The Since option has been added to the Upload date column. Click the top of the Upload date/Since column to switch between viewing the upload date and time, or the number of days since the upload date.

The following UI updates and improvements have been made to your Worklist:

• the procedure status now includes an image to help with identification and to show you which stage it is at within the process (the example below refers to Holter procedures)

• the file size has changed from bytes (B) to megabytes (MB)
• hover text has been removed from the filter

Insurance details (US only)

• All insurance information added at enrolment now displays on the Patient details modal (Insurance tab)

The insurance ID must be alphanumeric and be between 5-30 characters in length. No spaces or symbols other than a hyphen ('-') are allowed.
