New security added to your account

You can now add two-factor authentication (2FA) to your account:

• you can use any app with a time-based one-time password (TOTP) algorithm (such as Google authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator)
• you will need to save your 2FA recovery code during setup

If you have permissions to add a new lab, you can now add users to that lab at the same time.

User management

The following updates have been made:

• the Country field on the Basic info tab is now a lookup (and is mandatory)
• ‘Expand all’ and ‘Collapse all’ options have been added to the Business unit access tab, so it’s easier to search for and select labs and facilities
• hover text has been removed in some instances where it is no longer relevant

The layout of the Roles and permissions tab has also been updated:

• each user can be assigned only one ‘BeatBox role’ and/or one or many other roles
• you can easily see the roles assigned to each user
• you can search for and select permissions in the Assign individual permissions list

When you are enrolling a patient on a device via the Worklist (i.e. clicking Enrol next a procedure with ‘Ready to enrol’ status), the current date and time now displays on the Enrol patient modal.

Related studies

The following changes have been made to the Related studies modal (accessed via the Related studies button on the Report procedure page):

• the four most recent related procedures with ‘Finalised’, ‘Repeat requested’ or ‘Repeat received’ status will display
• if the procedure that is currently open on the Report procedure page fits within the category above, it will also display (and will be highlighted)
• once you’ve selected a procedure, click Show report to open the PDF report in a new tab in your browser

Click the cog icon at the top right corner of your Worklist to select the columns that you want to show or hide.

Select multiple procedures to be sent for analysis

When you want to send multiple procedures for analysis, click the checkbox at the top of your Worklist. This will select all procedures that have been processed by BeatBox and are in ‘Ready for analysis’ status.

The following fixes have been made to the Patient events modal:

• event dates now use the correct format for each region

Report procedure page

The following issues have been fixed on the Report procedure page:

• when you open a procedure, the relevant PDF report loads more quickly
• details in the Conclusions field now display in full
• duplicate procedures no longer display after the user clicks Repeat
• all buttons are positioned correctly
• when you click Request review (then add a note about your request), the Next button is enabled and the Confirm button is disabled

Immediate attention procedures and repeat requests

If a user has either marked a procedure as requiring immediate attention from the patient’s referring doctor or requested that a procedure be repeated, the user’s name (as well as the date and time that the request was made) displays in the notification message on the Report procedure page.

If you are on the Report procedure page, click Review support docs to view any supporting documents that have been uploaded for that procedure.
A message will inform you when there aren’t any uploaded documents.
