Search for a patient in your lab's Electronic Health Records (EHR)

If your lab has the option to search its Electronic Health Records (EHR), you will be able to choose whether to search for an existing patient in BeatBox or your own EHR at enrollment.

To simplify the process of syncing lab details from BeatBox v2 to BeatBox v3, a new V2 Laboratory ID field has been added to the Lab details page.

Conclusion field edits saved automatically

When you update the Conclusion field on the Report procedure page, your changes are saved automatically. The word 'Saving' will display in the Conclusion header while you are updating, and the word 'Saved' will display once your changes have been saved.

If you have the relevant permissions, you will see a new Notes field on the Add organisation and Edit organisation pages. This enables you to add relevant notes about an organisation, such as their SLA details and reporting requirements.

System message displays when doctor confirms procedure

When a doctor confirms a procedure on the Report procedure page, a system message will display in the Conversations panel displaying the doctor's name and the date and time that they finalised the procedure.

Confirm you have the correct patient when enrolling via Worklist

You can check that you have selected the correct patient when you enrol via the Worklist, as the patient's name displays on the Enrol patient popup.

If you click Repeat on the Report procedure page, the button changes to Cancel repeat so you can easily cancel the repeat request if required.

UI updates and improvements

Worklist data discrepancies resolved

The following discrepancies have been resolved:

• the number of procedures of a specific status that display in the filter and the number that display in your Worklist 
• a patient's age and their date of birth

If a support document has been uploaded for a procedure, you can now click Download support documents on the Report procedure page to download the document to your local computer.
