Before enrolling a patient on the Holter device, you must first enrol the patient's procedure in BeatBox. 

Once you have enrolled the procedure, its status will be 'Ready to enrol'.
You can then either enrol the patient on the device straight away, or later (via your Worklist).

Enrol patient on device right after you enrol the procedure

1. Check that the Holter device is plugged into your computer:

• attach the Holter device to the docking station, then insert the docking station cable into the USB port on your computer
• if you are using an SD card, insert it into the card reader

2. On the enrolment screen, go to the the Hookup date and Hookup time fields and confirm/update the date and time the patient was hooked up to the Holter device.

3. At the bottom of the screen, click Save.

4. On the pop-up that displays, click Enrol now.

5. Go to Complete enrolment in myPatch (below).

Enrol patient on device later (via your Worklist)

1. Check that the Holter device is plugged into your computer:

• attach the Holter device to the docking station, then insert the docking station cable into the USB port on your computer
• if you are using an SD card, insert it into the card reader

2. Go to your Worklist and search for the procedure.

3. Click Enrol to the right of the procedure.

4. On the Enrol patient pop-up, check that the patient's hookup date and time are correct then click Enrol.

5. Go to Complete enrolment in myPatch (below).

Complete enrolment in myPatch

There are 2 methods of enrolment:

1. Desktop Enrolment 

2. Web Enrolment

Please follow the appropriate steps for your chosen method below

IF your method of enrolment is "Desktop Enrolment":

Before you begin, check that you have the correct version of the myPatch enrolment software installed on your computer.
Contact the relevant Admin at your site for further assistance if required.

1. On the pop-up that displays, click Yes to indicate that you want to delete all previous data from the device:

2. On the myPatch Enrolment window, click Submit.

3. On the pop-up that displays, click OK.

4. Click Confirm enrolled in myPatch on the pop-up that displays in BeatBox.

The patient is enrolled on the Holter device. The procedure's status is now 'Enrolled on device' and an 'Enrolled' tag is attached to the procedure.

IF your method of enrolment is "Web Enrolment":

1. Select "STM32 Virtual ComPort in FS Mode" in the pop up as shown below and click CONNECT.

2. Select the file location of the MyPatch device on your PC and click SELECT FOLDER

3. Grant access to allow BeatBox to read from the selected location, by clicking VIEW FILES.

4. Confirm the details of the MyPatch enrolment are correct

5. Click Enrol on device to complete the enrolment process
6. Grant access to allow BeatBox to write to the selected file location, by clicking SAVE CHANGES.

7. You will see a success message

The patient is enrolled on the Holter device. The procedure's status is now 'Enrolled on device' and an 'Enrolled' tag is attached to the procedure.
