As an enhancement to Holter data validation checks, a new feature has been introduced that allows users to view duplicate Holter procedures directly from the worklist.

This functionality mirrors the existing behaviour for related ECG studies, with minor adjustments tailored specifically for Holter workflows.

New Two-Channel, 7-Day Holter Device (Alto)

BeatBox now supports the Alto Holter device, featuring two-channel recording with up to 7 days of continuous monitoring.

As part of this update and for easy selection, the following device options are now available in the Choose Device dropdown menu:

• Alto
• Axis
• Vine

These options replace the previously listed Livetec device, ensuring more accurate selection during device setup.

New Holter Report Template Rollout [AU, NZ, and UK]

The new Holter report template, previously released in Indonesia and Singapore, is now available in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

This updated template is compatible with all Holter device types and will initially be enabled for sites using specific Holter devices. A phased rollout will follow, with close collaboration across teams to support a smooth transition of customer groups to the new template over time.

Post-Upload Data Deletion Prompt for Holter Devices

To help prevent data duplication, users will now receive a prompt to delete Holter Recording Data from the Holter device after a successful upload when using the Get Data action. 

This prompt only applies to Alto, Axis, Vine and myPatch Holter Devices. For all other devices, the Holter Recording Data will be automatically deleted upon successful upload.

Medicare ON/OFF Toggle for Facilities [AU Only]

Medicare is now a configurable setting at the facility level for Australian users. During client onboarding, users can enable or disable Medicare directly through the facility settings, replacing the previous manual configuration at the lab level.

When Medicare is enabled for a facility, a Medicare Details page will appear during the Holter enrolment process, allowing users to enter relevant Medicare information as part of the workflow.

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue affecting facilities with Holter QA enabled, where procedure status transitions were not updating as expected. Specifically, procedures moving from Pre-Analyzed to Repeat Requested were not following the correct workflow.

Display inconsistency affecting the header and content layout in both single-day and multi-day Holter reports has been resolved. 

The ability to change the number of days when the Holter status is set to "Ready to Enrol" has been rectified.

The issue preventing logos from displaying correctly on Holter reports in the UK region is now resolved. 

The issue causing a delay in loading the conversations page has been resolved.

The alignment issue with Admin and Non-Admin roles and permission assignment has been fixed.

The Assign Role drop-down menu in user management is now visible and functional.

Procedure import details are now correctly recorded in the database.

Holter procedures remaining stuck in the processing stage has been resolved.

The issue preventing uploads of logo image file formats (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif) has been fixed.

Holter Data Duplication Checks 

To ensure data integrity, we have implemented validation checks to prevent uploading Holter data files for another patient. During patient enrollment, if old Holter data files are identified on the device, the system will prompt users with a notification. Additionally, when uploading Holter data, the system will verify if the Holter recording file on the device has been previously uploaded for another patient. If a match is found, the system will prompt the user, providing the option to either stop or continue with the upload.
