Conversations and Procedure Activity Enhancements
We’ve introduced several improvements to make conversations and procedure tracking simpler and more intuitive:
Conversations & Procedure Activity
- The Conversations module has a refreshed UI for a cleaner, smoother experience.
- Conversations (messages) and the Procedure Activity are now separated, helping you focus on what you need without unnecessary clutter.
- When you click the Conversations icon, you’ll now land directly on the messages view.
- If no conversation exists, you’ll see the message: “No conversation for the procedure.”
New “View Activity” Icon
- A new View History icon gives you quick access to the full procedure activity.
- This includes all status changes and tag updates for all procedure types.
- To navigate to the messages view, simply click Hide History Icon
Procedure Activity in Procedure Details
- A new Activity tab has been added to the Procedure Details view.
- This tab displays the full procedure activity in a table format, showing:
- Date and time of each action (e.g., status or tag updates)
- Status and tag details
- The user who made the update
- The table is ordered chronologically, with the most recent actions shown first.
- You can export the full activity in .xlsx, .csv, or .pdf formats.
- To view the latest updates, click the Refresh icon.
