BeatBox now supports multiple devices from the Livetec range. With this update, users can select from the newly added Livetec devices - Alto, Axis, and Vine - directly in the system. The previous "Livetec" label has been removed from the device dropdown to simplify selection.

When enrolling a new patient, you can now choose from the following devices:

• Alto – Two-channel Holter device with up to 7-day recording capability.
• Axis – Three-channel Holter Device with up to 12-day recording capability.
• Vine – Three-channel Holter Device with up to 12-day recording capability.

Part I: How to Select and Save Device

Follow the steps below to select a device during the patient enrolment process:

1. Navigate to the Add Patient Procedure Page.

2. Select a Device:

• Click on the Choose Device dropdown.
• Select the appropriate device your organisation is using: Alto, Axis, or Vine.

Note: 

• If you select Alto, the recording duration will be limited to 7 days.
• If you select Axis or Vine, the recording duration will be limited to 12 days. 

3. Save Your Preference:

• Click the Remember device checkbox to save your selection.
• The selected device will automatically appear the next time you log in.

Part II: How to Edit your Device Selection

If the wrong device was selected during enrolment, you can update the device type - only if the procedure status is "Ready to Enrol".

Supported Devices for Editing

• Alto
• Axis
• Vine
• myPatch

Follow the steps below:

1. Locate the Procedure:

• In the Worklist, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the procedure you wish to edit.

2. Open Procedure Details:

• Select Details from the dropdown menu.
• In the Procedure Details tab, click Edit.

3. Update the Device:

• In the Edit Procedure window, click the Choose Device dropdown.
• Select the correct device from the list.

4. Save Changes:

• Click Save to confirm and apply the updated device selection.
