Multiple Support Documents
This user guide explains how to manage multiple support documents, including uploading, downloading and categorising them.
Key points to note:
1. File Type: Only PDF files are supported.
2. Document Type: When uploading you can choose between Patient Diary or Referral Document.
3. Maximum Number of Files: You can upload up to 2 files at a time.
4. File Name: Each file name must be 100 characters or fewer.
5. File Size: Each file can be up to 10MB in size.
Indicators on the worklist to confirm if support documents are available for a patient:
Blue paperclip: Indicates support documents available.
Number of Documents: Indicates total number of support documents available.
Grey paperclip: Indicates no support documents available.
To Upload Support Documents:
1. Click on the paper clip iconon the worklist.
2. In the support documents dialog box, drag and drop a PDF file (10MB limit) or click Add files to add a document.
3. In the upload information The File Name, File Size and Document Type will be shown.
4. Click Document Type, click the dropdown menu, to choose the appropriate document type from the available options: Patient Diary or Referral Document.
5. Click Upload to proceed to the next steps.
6. The file upload status dialog box will display and the file upload status summary will display the file name(s) uploaded:
If duplicate documents are uploaded the following message will display on the dialog box:
To overwrite duplicate support documents, click Continue:
7. Click Upload.
To Edit a Document Type:
1. Click on the paper clip iconon the worklist.
2. In the support documents dialog box, click Edit document type.
3. Select the Document Type dropdown menu, to choose the appropriate document type from the available options: Patient Diary or Referral Document
4. Click Save.
5. Close the support documents dialog box.
To Delete a Document:
1. Click on the paper clip iconon the worklist.
2. On the support documents dialog box, click Delete icon.
3. In the Delete Support Document dialog box, Click OK.
To Download Document:
1. Click on the paper clip iconon the worklist.
2. On the support documents dialog box, click the Download Support Document icon.
3. The document will open on a new tab.
4. Close the support documents dialog box.
Support Documents on Report View
Support documents are also available on the report view.
1. Click Review on the worklist to navigate to the report view.
2. Click the Ellipsis icon (three dots) and Support Documents to open the support documents dialog box.
3. Alternatively, click the Support Docs to open a Patient Symptom Diary or a Referral Document type on a new tab.
