Dear BeatBox User,

We’re reaching out to let you know about changes we've made to accessing our BeatBox platform. These changes would have also been communicated to you by your Account Manager, or through an email communication sent on 25 March 2024.

What’s changed?
The URL to access the BeatBox application has changed from https://www.beatboxv3.cloud/ to https://www.beatbox.cloud/ 
The changes are to align the URL with our email notifications, help with recall, and to streamline the whitelisting process for IT teams. 

What do I need to do from my end?
Please ensure you bookmark the new address and update any saved links to https://www.beatbox.cloud/

These changes also affect the API domains. Make sure your IT department whitelists the new domain for continued functionality.

The old domain will be active till 26 June 2024, after which it will be deprecated — an automatic redirect will take you to the new URL during this period.

If you’re experiencing any issues or your IT is having difficulty whitelisting the new URL, please contact CardioScan Support for assistance.
