Overview

You can now download Analysed Reports directly from the Worklist, in addition to the existing download option available in the Report View. This enhancement improves accessibility and supports more efficient workflows.

New Feature Highlights

1. Download an Analysed Report from the Worklist

• To download an analysed report, click Download Report from the ellipsis (...) drop-down menu in the Worklist.

• This provides a faster way to access reports without navigating to the Report View.

2. New Workflow Tag: Analysed Downloaded

• When an Analysed Report is downloaded (from either the Worklist or Report View), a new workflow tag – Analysed Downloaded – is automatically applied.

 3. Worklist Filter Enhancements

To further streamline report tracking, two new filter options have been added to the Worklist Filter Tags:

• Analysed Downloaded
  Displays all procedures where the analysed report has been downloaded.
• Analysed Not Downloaded
  Displays all procedures where the analysed report has not yet been downloaded.

Use these filters to quickly identify which reports still need to be downloaded or have already been downloaded.

 4. Conversation Entry Logging

• When an Analysed Report is downloaded, the system will automatically log a conversation entry, similar to the behaviour for Finalised Reports.
• This ensures that all download actions are auditable and traceable within the procedure record.

 5. Workflow Tag Updates for Finalised Reports

To maintain consistency and improve clarity, the workflow tags for Finalised Reports have been renamed:

These updated tags are now visible in the Filter Tags drop-down and allow users to easily distinguish between Analysed and Finalised report statuses.
