This user guide demonstranstrates how to set up an Electronic Signature. 

1. Go to https://www.beatbox.cloud/ and log in to BeatBox.

2. Click on your username on the top right of your screen to access User Settings.

3. Then click Settings.   

4. On the User Settings Dialog Box, click Signature Settings to add or upload an electronic signature or you can choose to physically sign a report.

To Add/Upload an Electronic Signature

Click Add to Create an electronic signature (by signing using your mouse)

or

Click Upload to upload an electronic copy of your signature.  

Then Save Signature.

To Physically sign the Report

Click I will physically sign the report.

Then Save Signature.
