Upload data from Holter device (using Upload Holter)
Before you can upload the patient's data from the Holter device, you must have first:
Once you have completed these steps, the procedure will be in 'Enrolled on device' status.
You can then upload the patient data from the Holter device into BeatBox.
This process shows you how to:
- Change the patient's hookup date and time (if required)
- Upload Holter data (without having to search for a patient)
- Check/add patient events
To upload a patient's Holter procedure in BeatBox, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.beatbox.cloud/ and log into BeatBox.
2. Check that the Holter device is plugged into your computer:
- attach the Holter device to the docking station, then insert the docking station cable into the USB port on your computer.
3. On the Worklist Actions drop-down menu select, Upload Holter.
4. Select the file location of the myPatch or Vine or Axis device on your PC and click Select Folder.
Note: You only need to do this once per browser session, if permission is already granted you will not see this message.
5. Grant access to allow BeatBox to read from the selected location, by clicking Edit Files.

6. On the Patient Verification pop-up, select Continue after you have verified the patient details.
Note: If required, change the date and time the patient was hooked up to the device, otherwise click Continue.
7. On the Add patient events pop-up, add patient events if needed, refer to Check/add patient events or simply click Done to proceed to the next step.
8. Click Confirm to proceed to the next step.
9. The File Upload process will begin.
10. On completion of the file upload, click Ok to delete the patient’s Holter file.
