The myPatch desktop application comes with an uninstaller file. To find this file you will need to go Windows File Explorer and navigate to the CardioDM folder where the applications uninstaller EXE file is located.

1. Go to Windows File Explorer and navigate to the CardioDM Folder which is located on the C: Drive:

2. Double click the uninstall.exe file to begin the application removal process.

3. Once the application is uninstalled, you will then have to delete the myPatch icon from your desktop.
