You will be asked to enter the Serial Number during the Web Enrollment process, if the Serial Number cannot be automatically detected.

Serial Number of the myPatch device can be found on the device, it is 8 characters long.

As an example, for the 2 devices in the image below, the serial numbers would be 501E99D5 and 7B310EE3 as highlighted.

If you enter the incorrect Serial Number during the Web Enrollment process, BeatBox will allow you to continue, however the device will fail to power on correctly. Please ensure the Serial Number is correct during the Web Enrollment.
