Overview

You can now download Analyzed Reports directly from the Worklist, in addition to the existing download option available in the Report View. This enhancement improves accessibility and supports more efficient workflows.

New Feature Highlights

1. Download Analyzed Reports from the Worklist

• To download an analyzed report, click Download Report from the ellipsis (...) drop-down menu in the Worklist.

• This provides a faster way to access reports without navigating to the Report View.

2. New Workflow Tag: Analyzed Downloaded

• When an Analyzed Report is downloaded (from either the Worklist or Report View), a new workflow tag – Analysed Downloaded – is automatically applied.
• This tag helps teams track report status and ensures clear visibility of downloaded reports.

 3. Worklist Filter Enhancements

To further streamline report tracking, two new filter options have been added to the Worklist Filter Tags:

• Analyzed Downloaded
  Displays all procedures where the analyzed report has been downloaded.
• Analyzed Not Downloaded
  Displays all procedures where the analyzed report has not yet been downloaded.

Use these filters to quickly identify which reports still need to be retrieved or have already been accessed.

 4. Conversation Entry Logging

• When an Analyzed Report is downloaded, the system will automatically log a conversation entry, similar to the behaviour for Finalized Reports.
• This ensures that all download actions are auditable and traceable within the procedure record.

 5. Workflow Tag Updates for Finalized Reports

To maintain consistency and improve clarity, the workflow tags for Finalized Reports have been renamed:

These updated tags are now visible in the Filter Tags drop-down and allow users to easily distinguish between Analyzed and Finalized report statuses.
