This guide demonstrates how to access your old ECG, ECG Hard Copy, ABP, and Holter procedures from BeatBox Version 2.

The historical (archived) procedures are Read Only, this means you can only view and download a report if needed. 

You can search for historical procedures using the following criteria: Patient ID, Patient’s First Name, Patient’s Last Name or Device ID.

1. Click Search on the top left your screen.

2. On the Search Procedures dialog box:

• Enter the Patient ID, Patient’s First Name, Patient’s Last Name and/or Device ID.
• Switch the Include Archived Procedures option ON.
• Click the Search Button.

3. If you are searching for patient details NOT starting with the first letter/number of Patient ID, Patient First Name, or Patient Last Name, switch the partial search ON.

Note: with this option switched ON, you will not be able to search for Device IDs. 

4. To download an archived report for a specific procedure, navigate to the Ellipsis Icon (three dots) icon in the action column, and click Download Report. 

Note: The report will download in the Downloads Folder of your computer.
