Filter procedures in your Worklist
This process shows you how to:
- use the filter
- clear the filter
- save your filter
- use a saved filter
- mark a saved filter as your default
- delete a saved filter
Use the filter
1. Click Filter at the top left of your Worklist.
2. Select any of these options to filter your procedures:
- Procedure type (Holter or ECG)
- Lab
- Procedure status
- Tags
- When a procedure was recorded
- When a procedure was uploaded into BeatBox
A number displays beside each option, indicating the number of procedures of this type that are currently in your Worklist.
3. Click one or many options and your Worklist will be automatically filtered by your selection.
Clear the filter
To clear a filter, either click Clear Filter, or click to close the current filter options that display at the top of your Worklist.
Save your filter
1. Once you have opened the filter and selected the required options, click Save filter.
2. On the Save filter pop-up, review the options you have selected then add a name for your filter.
3. Click Save filter on the pop-up and you will see your filter in the saved filter dropdown.
Use a saved filter
Go to the saved filter dropdown and select your filter. Your Worklist will automatically be sorted by the options within this filter.
Mark a saved filter as your default
1. Find your filter in the saved filter dropdown, click the three-dot icon and select Mark as default.
The default filter name will be highlighted in bold and the next time you log in to BeatBox, this filter will be automatically applied to your Worklist.
2. To remove this 'default' status, click the three-dot icon again and select Remove default.
Delete a saved filter
Find your filter in the saved filter dropdown, click the three-dot icon and select Delete filter.
