What is Act Soon? 

Act Soon is a new clinical correlation workflow and tag introduced to the Emergency Test Reporting to ensure the most critical issues are given priority. This applies to Holter and ECG findings considered not immediately life-threatening and requiring CardioScan clinical team to Act Soon but not immediately. 

Mark a procedure as Act Soon

This guide demonstrates how to mark an ECG or Holter procedure as Act Soon. 

Note: Act Soon option is only available to users that are authorised to mark procudures as requiring Immediate Attention. 

A new Act Soon icon and colour indicator introduced for the worklist.  

1. Click the Act Soon action button in the report view. 

2. When a procedure is marked as Act Soon: 

• An Act Soon tag will display on the worklist workflow tags column.
• Act Soon and Acknowledge Act Soon tags will be available in Filter Section.
• Users set to receive notifications for Act Soon and/or Finalised + Act Soon via email will be notified. 

3. User must acknowledge the Act Soon by clicking the Ellipsis Icon (three dot), and select Acknowledge Act Soon in the Worklist Actions dropdown box.
